Mirosław Janicki
Mirosław Janicki graduated in economics and MBA at the University of Lodz and the University of Maryland. He started his professional career as an academic teacher at Lodz University in the area of business management. He participated in the creation of the first Polish equity fund with a restructuring profile. Advisor to companies, author of many development plans and business valuations. He has many years of experience in the area of corporate finance and investment banking. He has been associated with AVALLON since 2010. He is a member of the Supervisory Boards of the following companies: FITEN S.A., Otwarty Rynek Elektroniczny S.A., NOVOTECH Sp. z o.o. and companies of the Stangl Technik Holding group.
Pavel Kvíčala
Pavel Kvíčala is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. He passed the Czech Bar Examination in 2002 and became attorney. Pavel Kvíčala was a partner at Norton Rose Fulbright, a global law firm, and at Havel, Holásek & Partners, the largest law firm in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia. His experience includes complex M&A transactions, including private equity, structured and acquisition finance, and cross-border legal counselling in energy, telecommunications, engineering, IT and other industries. Pavel Kvíčala is a Legal Partner in the advisory team of the Genesis private equity funds. He has been closely cooperating with Genesis since 2001.
Piotr Miller
Piotr Miller graduated from the University of Lodz, Law Faculty. In 1995-2003 he gained professional experience in Copernicus group – one of the first private equity funds in Poland. In 2003-2005, CEO to Piast National Investment Fund S.A. Since 2005, Partner in Avallon team – the manager to Avallon MBO Fund 1 and 2.
Adam Ruta
Adam Ruta is a graduate of the University of Economics in Prague with specialisation in finance, business valuation and economic policy. He also attended extra-curricular courses on corporate finance at the London School of Economics. As a financial controller, he gained experience in corporate finance in construction and energy industry, participated in renewables development strategy of ČEZ Group, post-acquisition integration of new assets and its management. Adam joined Genesis Capital team in 2018.
